Making the Annapolis Valley a better place for LGBTQ youth and our allies

Last night’s drop-in was another good time with great people.  In case you were wondering, here’s what happens when the Youth Project does a Mad-Lib on the subject of high school graduation…

“Today swims the end of one leprosy and the beginning of another for this lemonade of sassy, slow students. Remember what you bathed, and use it to become tomorrow’s kumquats and mitochondrias, but never forget your gnarly parents and teachers who smoked you there. Your youth is wriggly and crusty, do not slugishly dance it — complete your dreams and seize the flying monkey! Don’t DJ mistakes, because they are fuzzy learning potatoes, and swing through them at all costs! You are our hope for a better spaceman, and we chomp you all.”

Next drop in is the first Wednesday of Dec — that’s Dec. 5.  Louis Millet Community Centre, room 122, 6:30 – 8:30 … stay tuned for the themes/activites planned.
