Making the Annapolis Valley a better place for LGBTQ youth and our allies

Our next Drop-In is Wednesday March 6, at the usual time and place:

6:30-8:30, in Room 122 of the Louis Millet Community Complex, 9489 Commercial Street, New Minas.

As well as the usual camaraderie and snacks, we will have the button-maker gadget on hand to create your own personalized art on a pin.  Never done this before? It’s easy to catch on.  You start by creating an image on a small disc of paper.  The button maker secures your image  onto a one inch metal button, with a plastic seal. Insert a pin and you have wearable art.  We’ll have supplies on hand but feel free to bring along your own images.

Are you thinking about dropping in, but not sure what to expect?  Our volunteers take turns facilitating the Drop-Ins. We’re casually hospitable and respectful. You can share your name, or not.  You don’t have to show up right at 6:30 and or stay  until 8:30.  There is no membership sign-up or fee. Feel free to come check us out.
