At our next Drop In on Wednesday March 4, we’ll be trying out our new pin button maker. It’s your chance to create some wearable art. We’ll also be making up some pronoun buttons, in case you want to wear your pronoun on your sleeve. We’ll have our collection of drawing supplies to create your own message, and assorted old magazines for cutting up to make text and image collage to put on pins. Or you can just spend some time doodling with our drawing pencils. The buttons you make are yours to keep.
We’ll also be checking out our new Tumbler blog and will consider adding a Q&A section to it.
Drop In is the usual time and place, 6:30 – 8:30, in Room 128 of the Louis Millet Community Complex, 9489 Commercial St, New Minas. All LGBTQ /MOGAI youth and your friends are welcome. There is no membership, just show up to join in. We’ll have snacks and refreshments to help keep your creative juices flowing.
