We’ll have a guest facilitator at our next Drop In on May 6. Kentville lawyer Marc Charrier, will talk about the laws that can help protect us from discrimination. Marc has been active in the Queer community wherever he has studied and worked, and has recently returned to live in Nova Scotia.
This will be our usual informal discussion, so if you have any questions to ask, bring them along. Drop In is at the usual time and place, Wednesday, 6:30-8:30, in Room 128 of the Louis Millet Community Complex, 9489 Commercial St., New Minas.
If you’re taking Kings Transit, get off at the Flower Cart/Evangeline Middle School, or the Ken-Wo Golf Course. The Louis Millet Community Complex is between these two stops, and is a short walk from either of them. We have bus tickets you can use, that you can pick up at Drop In. Here is the bus route, and the bus schedule. And we have snacks too.
