Making the Annapolis Valley a better place for LGBTQ youth and our allies

pin_badge_1We’re breaking out the Button Maker for our next Drop In on Wednesday, October 7.  We need to restock our supply of pin buttons that we share with participants and give out at VYP displays. We’ll have a selection of images, art material, and pronoun labels you can use to design and make your own wearable art or political statement.

Drop In runs from 6:30 – 8:30, in Room 128 of the Louis Millet Community Complex (LMCC), at 9489 Commercial St., New Minas. If you’re new to the LMCC, once inside you can follow the VYP signs to the room with the rainbow flag hanging over the door. If you’re taking the Kings Transit, you can get off at the Flower Cart or the Ken Wo golf course. The LMCC is a short walk between these two bus stops. Check the bus schedule here http://Kings Transit.  We have free  bus tickets you can pick up at Drop In, if you need them.  If you have any questions use the Contact Us button or leave a comment and we’ll get back to you with an answer.

All LGBTQ+, and MOGAI youth, 25 years old and under, and your friends are welcome. There is no registration or membership to sign up for. Just show up, you can arrive and leave at anytime during Drop In.
