Making the Annapolis Valley a better place for LGBTQ youth and our allies

Last Drop-in June 6

Join us for our final meeting before drop-in goes on break until the fall! That makes this *the* drop-in to say hello to that new person you’ve been wanting to meet. For entertainment we’ll have our regular snacks, games, books, queer colouring pages–and now, clay! (See Fanged Bunnydog below.) Of course, feel free to bring your sketchbook, ukulele, or that knitting you’ve been working on.

Yo20180516_194209.jpgu can find us at the NSCC Kingstec campus in Kentville, #236 Belcher Steet. Enter through the main door and sign-in at the Info Desk; it’s helpful if you use the name you will use during that night’s drop-in. Look for the VYP signs and they will direct you to our space. Though most people come for the whole time, you can arrive anytime after 6.30; we finish up at 8.30. And, if you need a ride, we have you covered. For people in Annapolis, Kings, or Hants County free transportation is available; you can find out more and sign up for this service by going to the Transportation Request page of our blog.

Drop-in was created for members of the 2SLGBTQI community 25 years old and under. Questioning folks and allies are warmly welcomed. If you have questions or concerns during drop-in (or just want to play a round of Apples to Apples) there are always two adult facilitators on hand.
